- 6 New Brunswick potatoes
- Vegetable salt
- Finely chopped leaves of fresh sprig of rosemary and thyme
- A drizzle of olive oil
- 1 crushed garlic
Mix all ingredients, place in a oven dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350º F for 45 minutes or until tender. Note this recipe is also great on barbecue, simply place the ingredient in a metal dish, cover with foil and cook until tender. 4 portions.
